We want you to love everything you order from The Trend Loft. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at our support email with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to our team and we'll get it sorted quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earphones and audio accessories (if opened)
- Beauty and skincare products (if opened or used)
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
